Amata IP to build concentrated wastewater treatment facility in 2011

(ĐN)- Amata Industrial Park (IP) will invest to build a concentrated wastewater treatment facility in 2011, said Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong, Deputy General Director of the IP.

(ĐN)- Amata Industrial Park (IP) will invest to build a concentrated wastewater treatment facility in 2011, said Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong, Deputy General Director of the IP.

This will be the largest facility of its kind in the industrial park that is able to treat 3,500-5,000 cubic meters a day. The facility will process waste water discharged from new projects in the Amata IP.

Recently, Nestle Vietnam rent more than 10 hectares of land in Amata IP to build plant. The plant is expected to put into operation in 2010 and will discharge 3,500 cubic meters of wastewater a day.    

Presently, the IP’s three wastewater treatment facilities are operating with a combined capacity of 5,000 cubic meters.
