The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Diep Kinh Tan, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai and President of Vietnam Cocoa and Coffee Association Luong Van Tu.
The companys third plant is equipped with European technology and expected to put into operation Q3, 2012.
