The seminar was attended by representatives of provincial departments, branches and non-governmental organizations.

Dong Nai is now home to 4,500 disabled children. Over the past years, Dong Nai has made efforts to give educational and medical care to the children. However, these children still need more help to overcome difficulties and integrate community.
According to plan, from now until 2012, the province will continue its efforts to help the disabled children to access high-quality medical services, gradually improve the lives of children with disabilities, create favorable conditions for these children to participate in social activities and integrate community. In particular, there will be at least 60% of children with disabilities get opportunity to go to school and access to available services.
