The Ministry of Transport has approved a project to build the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, which will run through HCM City, Long An and Dong Nai provinces.
The 58-km expressways first phase, which will cost about US$1.6 billion, will be built in 2012 and is expected to be completed in 2017. The Viet Nam Expressway Company is the investor of the expressway.
