Dong Nai donates VND1.4 billion for flood victims

(ĐN)- According to National Committee for Search and Rescue, at least 50 people have died, 6 were missing and inundating 330 communes in rain-triggered floods in central region.

After the first donation of VND1 billion, Dong Nai provincial Fatherland Front Committee has sent another VND1.4 billion to provide relief for flood victims in central provinces. Of the amount, VND500 million each will go to flood victims in Quang Binh and Ha Tinh provinces; the remaining VND400 million will go to Nghe An province.  

Dong Nai’s organizations and individuals will continue providing support with the hope of helping people in central provinces to repair the damage caused by the flood.

Dong Nai Branch of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) on Wednesday donated more than VND80 million to help flood victims in central provinces.
