In a speech to mark the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union, Chairwoman of the provincial Women’s Union Dao Nguyen reviewed the fine traditions of Vietnamese women in general and local women in particular over the last years.
Speaking at the meeting, Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh highly appreciated efforts made by the union in the past time. He also highlighted women’s role in contributing to the province’s development and hoped that the union will continue to promote the traditions to make a positive contribution to successfully implementing socio-economic development targets in the national industrialization and modernization period.
