The delegation consisted of members of the provincial Department of Propaganda and Training and the provincial Front Fatherland Committee.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Lien presented gifts worth VND 500 million to officers and soldiers in Naval Zone B.
Colonel Mai Tien Tuyen, Political Commissar of Naval Zone B took the occasion to thank the Party Committee, the People’s Committee and the Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province and local people for their support and assistance to Naval Zone B. He also pledged that Naval Zone B would enhance its efforts to build a comprehensively strong armed forces in order to fulfil the tasks assigned to them by the Party and State and the people.
