(ĐN)- In the morning of June 23, Dong Nai province’s Red Cross Association held a meeting to review two years of implementation of mass mobilization work and summarize its activities in the first half of the year.
Accordingly, the associations mobilized donations from organizations and individuals to present 72,664 gifts worth more than VND15 billion to poor people, provide relief to 134,653 people, build 456 charity houses, give hundreds of wheelchairs for people with disabilities, launch humanitarian blood donation campaigns to partly deal with blood shortages and to save patients, help poor people in Kon Tum, etc.
