(ĐN)- The Food Safety and Hygiene Department under the Dong Nai Department of Health has just hed a course on food safety and hygiene knowledge for 60 people who are employees working at collective kitchens of factories, enterprises and industrial parks across the province.
This course aim is to refresh participants knowledge of food safety and hygiene and to provide details relating to malnutrition and the basic principals of nutrition. It will help participants to develop strategies to healthy eating, help them to identify causes of the food poisoning and how to prevent them.
