(ĐN)- According to the report from Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Dong Nai creates new jobs for more than 80,000 laborers annually, 75 percent of them are recruited to work at industrial parks.

The monthly average income of workers in state-owned firms reach VND3.2 million; in foreign-invested enterprises, VND2.6 million; in non-state enterprises, VND1.7 million, up 6-8 percent year-on-year.
Over the past time, the local authorities and employers has made efforts to improve the laborers’ working conditions and standard of living such as building houses for workers, organizing sport and cultural activities, providing free buses for workers, etc.
Dong Nai presently has 75 vocational training centres and two universities, training around 40,000 students each year. The province reported 595 thousands skilled workers, accounting for about 50% of laborers working at companies.
In the coming time, the province will continue its efforts to further improve the workers’ life, offer accommodation for around 200,000 workers, raise the number of trained laborers to 80 percent, contributing to the province’s sustainable economic growth.
