(ĐN)- There has been a sharp increase in the number of workers who registered for unemployment insurance benefits since the beginning of May, according to the Dong Nai Province Job Centre.
The centre has to deal with an average of over 170 applications for unemployment benefits every day.
From the beginning of the year until now, 4,483 laid-off workers across the province have joined the unemployment insurance policy.
