Speaking at the working session, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee said that the new Hoa An bridge will start construction this year to ease the heavy traffic on 1K highway.
New Hoa An project will be carried out under the BT (build-transfer) form with a total investment of over VND900 billion.
