(ĐN)- The Bien Hoa Agent Orange (AO)/dioxin Victims Association on Wednesday held its first congress to map out tasks for the first term of 2009-2014.
The Association has now 129 members, most of whom are AO/dioxin-exposed war veterans.

The congress outlined orientations and the tasks of the Association for the first term with focus on growing its membership from 300 to 400 by 2014, mobilizing donation for the fund to support AO victims with value between VND 30 million and VND 40 million every year…
The congress elected a new executive board of 11 members. Mr. Nguyen Van Xuan was elected as Chairman of the Association.
