The project covers an area of approximately 6,400 sq.m, including two 16-storey apartment buildings with around 480 apartments, supermarket, entertainment area, swimming pool, gymnasium, medical office and kindergarten, etc.
The apartments, with an area of 55-70 sq.m each, are expected to have the sale prices at between VND5-7 million per sq.m.
