The delegation was accompanied by Head of the Mass Mobilization Department of the provincial Party Committee Bui Ngoc Thanh.

| The delegation meets Chau Ro ethnic people in Phu Ly commune |
Phu Ly commune is home to 2,994 ethnic minority households with 13,816 people, the majority of whom are Chau Ro ethnic people mostly living in Ly Lich hamlet. The living standards of ethnic minority people in this hamlet has been improved considerably thanks to special care from local authorities. The province has spent VND 7 billion to build new houses for ethnic minority people and nearly VND 3 billion in constructing the traditional long house of Cho Ro Ethnic group. The objective is to start preservation work and push sustainable development for Cho Ro Ethnic group in Ly Lich hamlet. Local authorities also provided many ethnic minority households with the opportunity to increase their incomes and generate numerous jobs for local people.
The delegation applauded efforts of the provincial authorities in raising the living conditions of ethnic minority people. They also asked local authorities to do more to help ethnic minority people living in the province as well as to help them to preserve their cultural values.
