On this occasion, Vinacafe Bien Hoa awarded scholarships worth VND500,000 each to 16 outstanding poor children, gave 20 gifts and thousand of glasses of milk to children participating in the festival.
On May 29, Dong Nai Children Hospital cooperated with the Infantry Officers Training College No 2 provided free health check-ups and medicine to more than 500 children under six years old.
Earlier, Anco Company presented 200 gifts valued at VND100,00 each to poor primary students in Dinh Quan, Vinh Cuu and Xuan Loc districts. The company also gave 1,000 gifts worth a total of VND100 million to primary students in remote areas of Dak Lak, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh, Soc Trang, etc.
Bien Hoa Branch of Fahasa offered gifts totalling some VND33 million to 315 disadvantage children in primary schools in the city.
