(ĐN)- Dong Nai and Nghe An provinces have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that outlined plans in 2009-2010 period and orientations until 2020 for cooperation on a variety of areas including industry, tourism, trade, agriculture, education, technology … The signing ceremony was held in Cua Lo town on May 24 under the witness of Tran Dinh Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Dong Nai Province and his counterpart Nguyen The Trung from Nghe An province. Both provinces also agreed to develop bilateral relations on the basis of mutual benefits, equality and coordination.
The leaders of two provinces hoped that the relation and multi-faceted cooperation between Dong Nai and Nghe An provinces would be flourishing as well as provide a strong impetus for the development of both provinces. They also pledged to secure the most effective cooperation between two provinces.
