Vinh now owns 13 hectares of land in which crops are intercultivated. Coffees are intercultivated with peppers and cashews in addition to shade trees. As a result, he has harvested a record yield of more than three tonnes of coffee per hectare. Pepper plantations in his farm have harvested five tonnes per hectare while the productivity of cashew plantations were more than three tonnes per hectare. His yields are higher than his neighbours who do not apply it.
