Activities mark World Tuberculosis Day

(ĐN)- In respond to the World Tuberculosis Day 2009 (March 24), various activities were held across the province to raise people’s awareness on tuberculosis.

In 2008, Dong Nai had 3,500 TB patients. Accordingly, local agencies still consider TB control as one of the provinces most important national health programmes

Dong Nai Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital ,with total investment capital of nearly VND60 billion, will put into operation in Phuoc Tan commune, Long Thanh district on April 1.
