At the working session with the provincial leaders, chairwomen Truong Thi Mai praised efforts of the provincial authorities in encouraging enterprises to resolve labor disputes through negotiations and this is a prior requirement for creating harmonious labor relations. She also urged the provincial government to step up efforts to provide training on the labor laws for laborers as well as encouraging enterprises to peacefully resolve labor disputes through negotiations and dialogues in order to prevent strikes in the event of disputes arising.
