Presenting Tet gifts to the poor

(ĐN)- On the occasion of the forthcoming Lunar New Year, on January 17, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot and Chairwoman of the provincial Red Cross Association Vo Thi Linh handed 150 Tet gifts to poor households in Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa city.

(ĐN)- On the occasion of the forthcoming Lunar New Year, on January 17,  Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot and Chairwoman of the provincial Red Cross Association Vo Thi Linh handed 150 Tet gifts to poor households in Quang Vinh ward, Bien Hoa city. The gifts worth a total of VND60 million funded by the provincial Red Cross Association.

On January 19, a delegation from Dong Nai branch of Vietnam Development Bank led by Deputy Director Nguyen Huu Tham visited and presented 216 gifts valued at VND200,000 each to the poor in Vinh Cuu district’s Ma Da commune. This is the third year the branch has given Tet gifts to people in Ma Da.

On the same day, Dong Nai Post Office in cooperation with Tuc Trung commune offered nearly 100 gifts to poor families in the commune’s Suoi Dzui hamlet. Each gift worth approximately VND200,000 including rice, sugar, confectioneries and clothes.

On this occasion, Dong Nai branch of Bao Viet Life Insurance Company gave 60 Tet gifts to poor households in Lam San commune, Cam My district.
