Total cost for the program was more than VND200 million, funded by officers and soldiers of Military Zone 9, An Giang Plant Protection Joint Stock Company, Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation (Donataba), Hong Moc Production-Trade-Service Private Enterprise in HCMC, Sand And Stone Exploitation Enterprise in Binh Duong province, Dong Nai Tourism JSC and SYM Dong Nai.
