(ĐN)- The Dong Nai Journalist’s Association held a meeting with journalists from local press and media agencies on June 13 in Dong Nai on the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of Viet Nam Revolutionary Journalists ‘Day (June 21).

At the meeting, senior journalists spoke about difficulties they encountered while trying to efficiently perform their tasks during the wars for the country’s independence as well as told memories about a difficult time before the renovation period. They also urged provincial journalists to work harder to improve their professional skills, research and use of information technology application to their jobs in order to serve better the diverse information needs of readers or viewers as well as meet the public’s increasing demand.
* A number of young journalists from press and media agencies in the Southeast region is joining a camping festival today, June 14 held at Buu Long Tourism Resort in Bien Hoa city. Dong Nai Radio and Television hosts the camp which lasts for two days. The theme of the camp festival is “Following Uncle Ho’s advice – Taking solid steps towards further integration into the global economy”.
