The Project Management program covers the use of core project management, advanced project management and applied project management. The students will be provided with essential knowledge in construction project management such as project schedule management, cost and financial management and quality management of projects, legal and contractual risk management, occupational safety and health in large construction projects and communication and negotiation skills for project managers.
