(ĐN)- Late last week, Deputy Health Minister Tran Chi Liem had a working session with Dong Nai’s health sector on the implementation of the work of people health care in the province.

(ĐN)- Late last week, Deputy Health Minister Tran Chi Liem had a working session with Dong Nai’s health sector on the implementation of the work of people health care in the province.

 

Speaking at the working session, Deputy Minister praised the contributions made  by Dong Nai’s health sector in the past time. Accordingly, the sector has coordinated with the provincial Committee for Population, Family and Children to provide free surgeries to more than 2,000 disabled children with heart problems, harelip and cleft palate, and effectively deploy the reproductive health care programme during the past year. He also stressed that more efforts needed in the next time to further improve the quality of reproductive health care in general and reduce unwanted pregnancies and abortion related complications.

 

On the occasion, Deputy Minister Tran Chi Liem visited Dong Nai Reproductive Health Care Centre and Tan Binh commune Medical Station.
