Vice Chairman of NA’s Nationality Council Ma Dien Cu pays a working visit to Dong Nai

(ĐN)- On March 5, Ma Dien Cu, Vice Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly’s Nationality Council, paid a working visit to Dong Nai province.

(ĐN)- On March 5, Ma Dien Cu, Vice Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly’s Nationality Council, paid a working visit to Dong Nai province.

 

Speaking at the working session with Xuan Loc district’s People’s Committee, Vice Chairman highly appreciated the contribution of the local Party committees and authorities to preserving and promoting the cultural values of the district’s ethnic minority groups. In the past time, the local authorities made efforts to improve material and spirit life of ethnic people living in poor communes in the district. Mr. Ma Dien Cu noted that the district needs to further step up the party development task and soon deploy the implementation of the Government’s 135 programme (second phase) and 134 programme. At the same time, Vice Chairman Ma Dien Cu also visited Cham people in Xuan Hung commune and urged them to further strengthen solidarity.

 

On this occasion, the Vice Chairman visited and worked with the Vocational Training School No.8 in Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City. He praised the efforts made by Dong Nai province and the school in providing vocational training and jobs for more than 1,000 children of ethnic minorities during past three years.
