(ĐN)- The Ninth Plenary Session of the 7th Dong Nai People’s Council was opened at the meeting-hall in the province’s square on September 28. This session was presided over by Mr.Tran Dinh Thanh, Member of PCC, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Dong Nai province, Mr. Huynh Chi Thang, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council and Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Standing member of the provincial People’s Council.

(ĐN)- The Ninth Plenary Session of the 7th Dong Nai People’s Council was opened at the meeting-hall in the province’s square on September 28. This session was presided over by Mr.Tran Dinh Thanh, Member of PCC, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Dong Nai province, Mr. Huynh Chi Thang, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council and Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Standing member of the provincial People’s Council.
At the session, the plans for social-economic development of Dong Nai in 2006-2020 period was presented by the provincial People’s Committee and was approved. Accordingly, Dong Nai will strive to become an key industrial province of the southern economic region by 2010, transfer the province’s economic structure in the direction of industrialization and modernization, apply scientific and technological advances to production. Moreover, efforts will be done to speed up the process of international economic integration, closely combine socio-economic development with environmental protection and improvement as well as defense and security, develop infrastructure in accordance with the region’s plan.
