(ĐN)- On August 8, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot, Head of Dong Nai provincial Department of Propaganda and Training Huynh Van Toi and Chairman of the provincial Study Encouragement Association Huynh Van Binh received delegation of the Vietnam Study Encouragement Association led by Former Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Vietnam Study Encouragement Association Nguyen Manh Cam.

At the working session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh reported on the implementation of Directive 50/1999/CT-TW in Dong Nai. Accordinly, the Directive was implemented effectively under the direction of Party Committees at all levels and local government. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Peoples Committee have created good conditions for the provincial Study Encouragement Association to perform its functions and missions in accordance with the Directive 50/1999/CT-TW.
Evaluating the implementation of the Directive 50/1999/CT-TW, Chairman of the Vietnam Study Encouragement Association Nguyen Manh Cam said that the leadership role of Party Committees at all levels in the development of Study Encouragement Association was very important. Although slower than other provinces, Dong Nai provincial Study Encouragement Association has operated effectively and become a strong association in the country. He also emphasized that Dong Nai need to continue to make positive contributions in study encouragement activities in oder to arouse people’s fondness of learning.
