Dong Nai holds training class about Enterprise Law and Investment Law for enterprises in the province

(ĐN)- In two days, May 9 -10, the provincial Department of Planning and Investment held training class about Enterprise Law and Investment Law for enterprises who are currently operating in the province and representatives of departments, offices, industries in districts, Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa city.

The class aim to enhance knowledge and understanding of the enterprises about the Investment Law and the Enterprises Law. The laws take effect from July 1, 2006. The Investment Law replaces the 1996 Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam, the 2000 Law on Amendments and Additions to a number of the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam and the 1998 Law on Promotion of Domestic Investment. The Enterprise Law replaces the 1999 Enterprise Law and the 2003 State Enterprise Law.
