Mabuchi Motor starts building new factory in Da Nang city

(ĐN) – Recently, Japan’s Mabuchi Motor Company just started construction of a $ 39 million small electric motor manufacturing plant in Hoa Khanh industrial park, Da Nang city. The new factory plans to cover over 10 hectares. Mr. Kamei Takashi, General Director of Mabuchi Motor Company in Da Nang city unveiled that the new factory had an annual production capacity of 100 million units in the first years and 300 million in 2010. In the first stage, the factory has built area of nearly 4 hectares.

Now, nearly ten years after a $ 62 million motor manufacturing plant in Bien Hoa 2 industrial zone, Dong Nai province established by Mabuchi Motor Company, its second plant began constructing. This is the first-ever largest foreign-invested project in Hoa Khanh industrial park, Da Nang city.
