(ĐN)- Last week, Mr. Huynh Van Toi as Vice Chairman of the Provincial Peoples’ Committee and other related representatives received a delegation of German InWent organization. They discussed together about carrying on a vocational training project for the local enterprises in which training aims of key teachers in the second stage following the training programme as proposed by InWent organization included. Accordingly, 14 people who are technicians from 4 enterprises and teachers from 5 Vocational Schools located in Dong Nai will attend a course of Inwent’s training programme. The learners will be provided with methods, knowledge and skills how to make out a training target, how to describe steps of a work, basis standards for evaluating how many percent of work to complete as well as how to estimate training cost for enterprises etc. They will be guided directly by members of InWent organization. Then, they will be also led to visit some enterprises namely Vinappro, Vikyno and so on. The aim of this training course is to train the learners with good technical skills to supply enterprises. A model with its order of enterprise, training school and the state-managed organization will be applied accordingly.
It is known that the vocational training project for the local enterprises as proposed by InWent organization has been approved and signed since August in 2004 by the Provincial Peoples’ Committee. Training course for key teachers in the first stage has been carried out since November by 2004.
