On May 28th, 2008, the Government issued Decree No. 66/2008/ND-CP on legal support for enterprises. Legal support will give to every enterprise without discrimination of ownership, organization form and business scale or business activities.

The Ministries, People’s Committee provincial level build, maintenance, update the database on legal documentation within the limits of management industry or fields, promulgation related to business activities to upload on formal website of Ministries, People’s Committee. Enterprises are freely on approaching and using information on websites. The Ministries and People’s Committee provincial level introduce, disseminate on legal documentation, document for training knowledge law and building plan to disseminate documentation, training legal knowledge for enterprises at local. Ministries, People’s Committee provincial level organize the receipt, collection petition of enterprises related to law regulation. Enterprises have the right to ask for legal support from professional departments belonging to People
Base on demand on legal support of enterprises by time –period at region, industry, location and program on building laws, resolution of National Assembly, Minister of the Ministries, Chairman of People’s Committee provincial level set up and approve programming legal support for enterprises within the limits of local management on industry or fields.
