According to the inspection teams, the projects are generally progressing on schedule in line with their approved investment policy decisions and commitments made by the developers. The department acknowledged the efforts of the investors in mobilising resources for construction and urged them to continue mobilising workers and construction equipment to accelerate progress while ensuring construction quality, workplace safety and environmental standards so that the projects can be completed as planned.

The inspections were conducted by the DoC in coordination with ward- and commune-level authorities and project developers to review implementation progress and promptly resolve issues arising during construction. The initiative forms part of the city's efforts to achieve its social housing development targets for 2026 and the period through 2030, helping meet the housing needs of low-income earners, workers and labourers.
