During the working session, the Dong Nai City Sports Training and Competition Center presented a proposal seeking approval to upgrade and extend grandstand A as a temporary structure to meet the infrastructure requirements for hosting the national football championship, V.League 1. The project is expected to be financed through socialized funding from non-state sources.

The center recommended that the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism approve the proposal in principle and coordinate with relevant agencies to guide the implementation of the necessary legal and administrative procedures in accordance with regulations.
