Vietnam-Korea cultural exchange festival held

(ĐN)- South Korean-owned Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, located in Bien Hoa Industrial Park 2, on November 12 held a Vietnam- South Korea cultural exchange festival on the occasion of its 23rd anniversary of foundation.

Addressing at the event, Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai People’s Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep highly appreciated and commended the achievements made by Taekwang Vina over the past 23 years, deserving to be one of the leading enterprises in the province’s production and working emulation campaign. The company’s board of directors and trade union had paid their attention to life of over 33,000 laborers as well as actively taken part in social charitable activities.

Featuring special arts performances, the program helped laborers working at the company know more about culture of South Korea, and South Korean experts and leaders further understand about culture of Vietnam. It also helped create a harmonious and cooperative labor relationship for the sake of stabilization and development of the company.

At the event, Taekwang Vina presented VND240 million to 4 workers with difficult circumstances, and handed over 2 houses to poor workers.
