Dong Xoai Market currently comprises 564 stalls operated by 342 vendors across eight functional sectors covering 40 product categories. As a traditional market, it has long been connected to hundreds of vendor households and local residents. However, traditional market management relies heavily on manual processes, posing administrative and operational challenges across multiple areas. Deploying the smart market management software and the 247.vn platform equips management authorities with tools to track vendor stalls, manage revenue collection, generate statistical reports, issue electronic invoices, and use a range of smart, convenient features.
For vendors, the model expands opportunities to showcase products and conduct online sales. For consumers, it enables seamless product searches with comprehensive stall-level data to place orders tailored to their needs.

Speaking at the conference, Ngo Hong Khang, Chairman of the Binh Phuoc Ward People's Committee, emphasized that digital transformation among residents will be carried out effectively and practically, particularly for market vendors involved in day-to-day trading activities. The ward aims to ensure 100% of Dong Xoai Market vendors receive guidance, installation support, and step-by-step onboarding for the platform’s digital features during the third quarter of 2026 to optimize their business operations.

He also asked the relevant agencies to continue collecting the data, standardize the system to ensure stable operation, and strengthen guidance so that vendors, particularly older ones, can use digital services proficiently.
