Do Phuoc Dung, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai City Farmers’ Association, said the financial support is intended to help farmers expand production, apply scientific and technological advances in crop cultivation and livestock farming, and promote the restructuring of the agricultural economy. The loans are also expected to diversify production models, create jobs, increase incomes and reduce environmental pollution.
