From initiatives within enterprises to public welfare projects at the grassroots level, patriotic emulation movements are being translated into practical actions.
As agencies, units, localities, and enterprises proactively innovate to improve the quality and efficiency of their work, emulation creates momentum and contributes to positive changes in Dong Nai's socio-economic development.
Fostering the spirit of emulation
A visit to Vina Co., Ltd. in Phuoc Tan Ward at the end of June showed a busy but organized workplace. Within the office area, departments continuously coordinated and processed tasks to ensure production and business schedules while satisfying market demand. The serious and responsible working atmosphere reflects that emulation is not merely a movement but has become a driving force encouraging every team and employee to continuously improve work efficiency.

Pham Duc Ngu, Deputy General Director of Vinafeed Group, said the enterprise highly appreciates the attention and support provided by leaders of Dong Nai City, along with departments and agencies, in resolving difficulties, creating favorable conditions for the enterprise to stabilize production, and giving it confidence to invest and expand production and business.
According to Ngu, Vinafeed Group remains committed to modern and sustainable development, with product quality, technological innovation, and improved management efficiency serving as its foundation. The enterprise continues to invest in expanding production capacity, upgrading technology, and providing high-quality products, thereby contributing to the greater efficiency of the livestock industry while actively supporting the local socio-economic development.
Developments within the business community demonstrate that patriotic emulation movements are being implemented through a wide range of practical activities. Each agency, unit, and enterprise selects tasks appropriate to its functions and responsibilities, with the goal of improving operational quality and efficiency, thereby contributing to local development objectives. Alongside these labor and production emulation movements, the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign launched by the Dong Nai Party Committee is being implemented widely across the political system.
At the conference reviewing the Vietnam Fatherland Front's work in the Southern provinces and cities’ emulation cluster during the first six months of 2026, Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai City Party Committee and Chairwoman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, said the Standing Board of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee had launched the emulation campaign throughout the system under the motto “One mind top to bottom”, “Smooth coordination across the board,” together with the “Six clears” approach: clear people, clear tasks, clear timelines, clear responsibilities, clear products, and clear authority.
Immediately after the launch of the emulation campaign, 100% of officials, civil servants, and public employees throughout the Fatherland Front system registered implementation plans for their assigned tasks for each phase, helping strengthen responsibility, innovate working methods, and improve task performance efficiency.
The spirit of emulation has contributed to numerous positive results in the Vietnam Fatherland Front's work during the first six months of 2026. Under the motto "Leave no one behind," efforts to mobilize the For the Poor Fund and implement social welfare programs have continued to be promoted, mobilizing total resources of approximately VND193 billion to support poor households and people facing difficult circumstances.
At the same time, the application of information technology and digital transformation in the Fatherland Front's work has continued to receive attention. Models such as Community Digital Technology Groups and Digital Literacy for All are being widely implemented, contributing to improving digital competence among citizens, gradually forming digital citizens and a digital society, and building a modern administration.
Changes at the grassroots level
The spirit of emulation is also being promoted across Trade Union organizations through movements directed specifically towards union members and workers. Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Labor Federation, said that to effectively implement the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign launched by the City Party Committee, the Dong Nai Labor Federation is implementing it in conjunction with the “Skilled Labor – High Productivity – Good Income” movement for 2026-2031 launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The initiative is creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, inspiring the spirit of overcoming difficulties, encouraging creativity in labor, and improving workers' productivity and income. Trade Union organizations are coordinating with enterprises to provide training and develop human resources, particularly in vocational and digital skills, while encouraging union members and workers to proactively learn, master new technologies, and adapt to smart production environments.
In addition to improving professional qualifications, Trade Union organizations continue to innovate the content and methods of organizing emulation movements by linking them with professional tasks and efforts to improve the lives of union members and workers. Models such as "Every member, an initiative," "Innovative Trade Union Group," "Trade Union accompanying enterprises in digital transformation," and "Culturally standard enterprises" continue to be replicated, contributing to higher labor productivity, the development of safe and civilized working environments, and stronger cohesion between workers and enterprises.
The spirit of emulation is also spreading to the grassroots level through practical projects and tasks. In response to the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign, the Binh Loc Ward Party Committee directed the entire political system, from the ward level to neighborhood organizations, to promote responsibility by proactively registering practical projects and tasks associated with the ward's political responsibilities, with a focus on addressing public welfare issues, urban beautification, and improving the quality of services provided to the people.
Huynh Thi Thanh Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Loc Ward Party Committee, said the ward has consistently focused on leadership and direction, creating favorable conditions for neighborhoods to promote initiative and creativity in mobilizing residents to participate in patriotic emulation movements, joining hands to carry out public welfare projects, urban beautification, environmental protection, and activities to improve people's lives. In the coming period, the ward will continue to replicate effective models and approaches, helping emulation movements spread more broadly and creating momentum to accomplish local development goals.
These results are reflected in numerous public welfare projects. Many waste collection sites and previously vacant lots have been transformed into parks and community activity spaces, while many roads have been beautified to become bright, green, clean, and beautiful, contributing to a more spacious and civilized urban landscape.
These developments demonstrate that, whether in enterprises, agencies, or localities, emulation movements are being translated into practical actions. As emulation becomes the shared awareness and responsibility of every collective and individual, the movement will continue to spread, contributing to the development of an increasingly civilized and modern Dong Nai.
