He noted that 2026 holds special significance as Dong Nai officially becomes a city and enters a new phase of development. This transition is not only a source of pride but also creates new development opportunities while placing increasingly higher demands on the quality of human resources, governance capacity, the pace of digital transformation, national defense and security, and the development of a modern, people-centred administration. In this context, young people should not merely participate but must truly become a pioneering force in creating new breakthroughs for the city's development.

Young cadres, civil servants and public employees were asked to promote their pioneering role in building a modern, effective, and efficient administration; accelerate administrative reform and digital transformation; improve the quality of services for people and businesses; dare to think, dare to act, dare to innovate, and dare to take responsibility; and "turn professional experience into meaningful volunteer work."
