Highlighting the province’s potential and advantages, Deputy Director of the DoFA Nguyen Viet Thang noted that Dong Nai has established 58 industrial parks, of which 43 are operational, covering more than 14,700 hectares. Coupled with modern transport and logistics infrastructure and its open, stable investment attraction policies, the province remains committed to facilitating investors, enterprises and individuals from around the world to come and cooperate, work, study and live in Dong Nai.
The RoK is currently the largest investor in Dong Nai, with 458 valid projects and total registered capital exceeding 8.1 billion USD, ranking first among countries and territories investing in the province. The South Korean enterprises operating in Dong Nai have made significant contributions to economic growth, job creation and the province’s international integration.
Thang expressed his expectation that the meeting would create more opportunities for officials of the two provinces to share practical experience in governance, enhance professional capacity and strengthen mutual trust and understanding. He added that such exchanges would further consolidate and deepen the friendship and cooperation between Dong Nai and Jeollanam, laying a solid foundation for more effective and sustainable collaboration ahead.
