73 social housing projects under construction

According to the Dong Nai Department of Construction, 73 social housing projects are under implementation across the province, covering a total area of approximately 340 hectares. When finished, the projects will be available on the market for about 71,800 apartments, helping to address the housing demands of workers and low-income people.

Among them, the social housing and worker housing category comprises 68 projects. Some were completed during the 2021-2025 period, while the rest are still being implemented, with these projects expected to supply about 66,600 units to the market. Four social housing projects reserved for workers in industrial parks are under implementation and are expected to provide nearly 4,800 apartments to the market. One worker dormitory project is also underway, with more than 400 apartments.

Encouraging the construction of social housing and worker housing projects will contribute to social stability, help workers feel secure in their employment, and serve the province's sustainable development goals.
