Dong Nai to home 52 industrial parks after merging

(ĐN)- After merging with Binh Phuoc province, Dong Nai will have 52 industrial parks, Chairman Vo Tan Duc of Dong Nai provincial People's Committee announced.

These parks will accommodate over 1,800 FDI projects. The merged province will span 12,700 km² with a population exceeding 4.5 million, ranking third nationwide. Key advantages include the country’s largest international airport, Long Thanh, and a well-developed regional transport network.

Strategically located in the Southern key economic zone and at the North-South traffic axis, the province borders Cambodia via the Hoa Lu border gate and has nearly 260 km of shared border. A streamlined administrative system post-merger is expected to foster sustainable economic growth.
