Dong Nai: retail sales up 16% in May

(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Statistics Office, retail sales of goods in May reached over VND 19.7 trillion. In the first five months of this year, total retail sales topped VND 99.7 trillion, up 16% year-on-year.

Key categories posting strong growth included food, apparel, household goods, fuel, wood, and construction materials. Promotional programs and discounts from businesses, supermarkets, and retail stores have effectively boosted consumer demand.
