Construction enterprises strengthen ties for growth

(ĐN)- With major infrastructure and real estate projects underway, Dong Nai offers strong opportunities for local construction businesses. Beyond large contractors, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly collaborating to form a robust construction ecosystem.

Construction firms noted that legal reforms and rising investment are creating a favorable environment. The recovery of the sector, combined with national and international-scale projects in the region, is driving demand for construction and support services.

Tran Quang Huan, CEO of Chinh Nam Construction Design JSC, emphasized that public and private investments in housing, transport, and public infrastructure present major growth avenues.

Supporting industries are also joining the momentum. Firms like Loc Gam Phat, a terrazzo tile producer, and An Gia Doors are actively seeking partnerships within the construction network. With a focus on sustainable, localized supply chains, businesses are leveraging inter-company cooperation to scale and participate in key projects.

The Association aims to promote strategic collaboration and sustainable development across the sector under the 2025–2028 theme: "Connect – Collaborate – Create Sustainable Value."
