The project is planned to cover an area of some 250 hectares, which was updated in the trading and service usage scheme of the district in the 2021-2025 period. It will be situated along Tri An lake with a length of 10 kilometers. To boost local tourism development, the district had planned to construct routes connecting Highway 20 to Tri An lakeside area.
Thong Nhat district has lots of advantages for developing tourism as it is located in the place with many expressways running through, such as HCM city-Long Thanh-Dau Giay, HCM city-Phan Thiet, Dau Giay-Lien Khuong. Tri An lakeside trading and service area is about 5 kilometers away from Long Thanh International Airport.
