Dong Nai attracts over US$645 million in FDI

(ĐN) – Dong Nai attracted US$645 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first four months of this year, according to the Department of Planning and Investment.

(ĐN) – Dong Nai attracted US$645 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the first four months of this year, according to the Department of Planning and Investment.

As of April 19, the province had granted investment licenses to 42 newly-registered projects worth some US$306 million. Besides, nearly US$340 million was added to 29 existing projects. Most of new FDI projects are in support industries and high technologies, appropriate with the province’s investment policy.

Dong Nai is currently home to more than 1,200 valid projects worth US$24 billion. Taiwan, Republic of Korea and Japan took the lead in 43 countries and territories investing in the province.
