According to Dong Nai Statistics Department, in April alone, the export of this product brought over US$244 million to the province, US$15 million higher than the previous month.
Footwear is currently the province's biggest export commodity. In the recent years, many of the industry’s enterprises have secured major export contracts thanks to the signing of a number of free trade agreements.
Dong Nai is now listed among the five largest footwear exporters in the country. Its footwear products are mainly exported to the US and European countries.
