Vice Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Vinh and leaders from the province’s departments and sectors welcomed the delegation.
Hoogeveen City Mayor Karel Loohuls stressed that strong points of Emmen and Hoogeveen Cities are industry developing, logistics and high technology agriculture. As for high technology agriculture industry, the two cities are leading European countries and are transferring techniques to many countries across the world.
The two Mayors hoped that authorities of Dong Nai province and the two cities will boost further relationship to create better condition for Dutch investors in general and in the two cities in particular to increase their investment in Dong Nai.
They also invited Dong Nai province’s leaders to the Netherlands for fact-finding to further understand the business strong points of the cities, thus sign memoranda of understanding on investment between Dong Nai and the two cities.
