Particularly, some VND55 billion will be needed for urban development; about VND4.2 trillion for infrastructure construction; approximately VND7.3 trillion for planned urban construction.
According to Bien Hoa city’s calculation, it will need more than VND2 trillion a year for investment in infrastructure projects and priority projects until 2020.
