(ĐN)- The Ministry of Finance has recently issued Circular No. 119/2014/TT-BTC revising and adding some criteria of the previous 7 circulars in order to reduce administrative procedures and tax-payment time and cost for businesses.
Accordingly, businesses may save more than 200 hours each year for conducting tax declaration and payment. Moreover, enterprises shall not have to declare and pay value-added tax on products returned by foreign partners.
This Circular took effect as of September 1, 2014.
